i loved that the staff was very cute. the location was also great near a museum. the hotel offered a breakfast option for takeaway which was a bonus.

the air conditioner was stuck at 22 degrees so i had to open the window, but the fans for the a/c were right outside and quite noisy.

the location was acceptable , as it provided easy access to nearby attractions.

i encountered significant issues , though. The room lacked adequate lighting , with the main lights positioned poorly. This made tasks like applying makeup impossible without using the insufficient bathroom light , and the absence of water was particularly problematic. The bar also lacked water , which I FOUND astonishing.

every staff member had such a great attitude, i really appreciated it. the new room was nice, and i thought breakfast was lovely. its location by the river made for quick walks into the city centre, just perfect!

The sandwich i ordered was dreadful. It seemed carelessly made. it lacked butter and wasn't even cut in half. there was no coleslaw or side salad, though advertised.
