the location was convenient to walk into the city centre. dockside bars and restaurants were literally on the doorstep. parking was very close and discounted too.

the lights were above the bed at the wall so there were no lights near the mirror. it made the room dull and dark. i opened one of the curtains to a small window but the second curtain was for show and there was no window behind it just wall.

i loved that the staff was very cute. the location was also great near a museum. the hotel offered a breakfast option for takeaway which was a bonus.

the air conditioner was stuck at 22 degrees so i had to open the window, but the fans for the a/c were right outside and quite noisy.

i found the room very clean. a comfortable bed provided a good sleep. the location is excellent for visiting armouries museum. parking is convenient next door to the hotel.

i noticed the scrambled eggs were a little dry during breakfast service.

mediocre experience, several issues noted

poor lighting water absence

the location was acceptable , as it provided easy access to nearby attractions.

i encountered significant issues , though. The room lacked adequate lighting , with the main lights positioned poorly. This made tasks like applying makeup impossible without using the insufficient bathroom light , and the absence of water was particularly problematic. The bar also lacked water , which I FOUND astonishing.

fabulous selection super clean room friendly staff hotel convention obstructed view night noise

The breakfast had a fabulous selection. the rooms were spotlessly clean (a real treat!). the staff was very friendly.

i wasn't told about a huge hotel convention. white tents blocked the view of the river. contractors worked through the night (it was quite noisy).

positive attitude lovely breakfast quick walk

every staff member had such a great attitude, i really appreciated it. the new room was nice, and i thought breakfast was lovely. its location by the river made for quick walks into the city centre, just perfect!

The sandwich i ordered was dreadful. It seemed carelessly made. it lacked butter and wasn't even cut in half. there was no coleslaw or side salad, though advertised.
